As a Senior Services Sales Enablement Specialist, you will accelerate NAVEX’s Professional Services revenue by enabling the sales organization to confidently position, scope, and sell services across our solutions portfolio. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Delivery leadership, and customers to understand business needs, recommend the right services, and draft accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
What you’ll do:
- Develop a strong working knowledge of NAVEX’s suite of products and services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams seeking guidance on Professional Services (PS) and Implementation Services offerings, processes, pricing, and delivery models.
- Evaluate existing customer change requests for feasibility and offer best‑practice recommendations.
- Participate in customer discovery calls with Account Executives to identify needs, clarify scope, and articulate the value of Professional Services.
- Recommend appropriate services packages, custom engagements, or training offerings to support customer outcomes and increase PS attach rates.
- Collaborate with other NAVEX teams to create, update, and generate opportunities and process change requests for existing customers.
- Create sales collateral, playbooks, FAQs, and workflow guides that simplify how Account Executives sell services.
- Provide support to Customer Support Technicians, Solutions Engineers, and other services or sales personnel as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, or a similar consultative SaaS role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies, Professional Services models, and value‑based selling.
- Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly.
- Experience drafting Statements of Work or technical scoping documents strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to participate in customer‑facing conversations, uncover business needs, and translate requirements into actionable scopes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to define and deliver on priorities.
- High level of attention to detail, excellent follow‑through and reliability.
- Effective communication, decision‑making and industry knowledge, coupled with a passion for delivering value in a service‑centric environment.
