As our Field Marketing Manager for Europe North (France, Nordics and Benelux) you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing NAVEX software solutions to existing customers and new audiences. You will execute on the field and demand generation strategy to create new pipeline and bookings. You are skilled in all field marketing and demand generation disciplines, including integrated campaign planning and execution, channel strategy, persona-oriented and funnel-stage messaging, lead nurturing, campaign ROI and performance analysis, attribution, and response optimisation. Your expertise and effectiveness in this role will directly influence our revenue achievement and ensure great customer experience. You will help expand the use of NAVEX tools and promote opportunities for corporate social innovation.

What you’ll do:
- Define, plan, and execute innovative multi-channel campaigns using modern marketing strategies and tools.
- Lead localisation efforts across regional markets in partnership with local content teams.
- Establish and manage SMART KPIs to achieve quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to guide integrated marketing programmes and ensure alignment across teams.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Align sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent, updated content and messaging.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, growth, and strategic investment.
- Stay current on GRC industry developments and marketing best practises to drive customer growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluency in French is a key requirement of the role.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing field marketing campaigns focused on new business generation, customer engagement, partner marketing, and brand awareness.
- Proven success managing end-to-end marketing programmes; familiarity with the GRC space a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and optimise campaign performance.
- Demonstrated ability to test, refine, and improve marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation, project management, and collaboration skills; able to work independently while aligning with global team processes.
- Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day execution to broader marketing goals.
