  • Growth That Matters: You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results: We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognise measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level executive support to multiple executives, managing competing priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Efficiently manage complex and frequently changing diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate events, ensuring effective prioritisation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communications on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare, edit and proofread presentations, reports, correspondence and meeting documentation, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including setting up conference calls, video conferencing, catering and managing venue arrangements.
  • Gather information, prepare briefing packs and ensure leaders are well prepared for meetings and business reviews.
  • Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across multiple initiatives, driving accountability and follow‑through.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring executives are well‑prepared for strategic decision‑making.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively manage issues before they impact business operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives or senior leaders in a fast‑paced or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time‑management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams).
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Culture Agility: Comfort working in a fast‑paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate and follow‑through.
  • AI Readiness: Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes.
