The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader (at the Sales Manager or Director of Sales level) to own and execute Navenio’s UK go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a proven sales executive with deep experience selling digital solutions into hospitals, and who understands both direct hospital sales and channel-led models. You will be responsible for building pipeline, closing strategic deals, developing partners, and establishing Navenio as a category leader in the UK healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Navenio’s UK commercial strategy, aligned with global growth objectives
  • Own revenue targets across hospitals, health systems, and facilities management providers
  • Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles involving clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Build and scale a VAR and channel partner ecosystem, including identification, onboarding, enablement, and joint selling
  • Develop relationships with major health systems and FM providers
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing UK sales team as the business scales
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape value propositions and drive adoption
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence to the executive team
