A leading regional developer is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established Commercial team in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take full commercial ownership of residential development projects from budget through to final account.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the control and reporting of all site costs, preparation of tenders, procurement of subcontractors, and monthly CVRs.
