A leading regional developer is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established Commercial team in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take full commercial ownership of residential development projects from budget through to final account.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the control and reporting of all site costs, preparation of tenders, procurement of subcontractors, and monthly CVRs. You will work closely with the site and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards.
