The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Works Manager to join a major civil engineering project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all onsite activities, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required HSEQ standards. You will coordinate subcontractor activities, deploy direct resources (labour and plant) economically, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully as a Works Manager
- Experience in multiple civil engineering disciplines with a Tier 1 main contractor
- Strong civils experience
- CSCS card
- Experience with heavy plant operations
