Responsibilities

for the Wholesale Manager position:

  • Build strong relationships with international carriers and partners to expand global reach and keep the world connected
  • Oversee interconnection agreements, pricing structures, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure competitive and profitable deals
  • Work closely with vendors to optimise service delivery, manage costs, and ensure high-quality solutions for our wholesale customers
  • Monitor international telecom regulations and ensure that all wholesale agreements comply with industry standards and legal requirements
  • Analyse market trends, track competitor moves, and leverage the latest tech (5G, AI, cloud computing) to drive innovation and growth
  • Key Requirements for the Wholesale Manager position:

  • 5+ years in wholesale telecom, carrier relations, or B2B telecom sales
  • Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of global telecom trends, including 5G, cloud computing, and AI
