This is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded Mobile Telecoms Project, providing operational, administrative and managerial support to a project team, including liaising with clients and project finance, undertaking or assisting with project management.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Project Coordinator role:
- Working with internal and external teams to provide regular project updates and maintain the project tracker for alignment.
- Attain and provide the relevant Purchase Orders for purchases with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate the programme of works, working closely with the Programme Manager to ensure resources are allocated strategically for the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, maintain, and organise the HSE and QA documents throughout the project.
- Day to day responsibilities such as answering the phone, procurement of office supplies, updating client trackers.

- Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience in Project Coordination or Project Management in a similar industry.
