Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of civils and streetworks projects, with involvement in commercial, industrial, retail, and education schemes
  • Oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and financial reporting across multiple live projects
  • Manage procurement activities, subcontractor packages, and supplier relationships
  • Monitor project budgets, track commercial performance, and identify risks, changes, and opportunities
  • Liaise with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to support successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate commercial records, cost reports, and contractual documentation
