Working across RIBA Stages 3-4 on complex, design-led projects.

Developing and detailing external envelope and façade packages.

Contributing to design reviews and resolving technical challenges.

Key Requirements of the Technical Architect:

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Strong experience in technical design and delivery-focused roles
  • Excellent Revit proficiency
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
  • Experience working on refurbishment or existing buildings (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
