What you'll be doing:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders and ECI projects
- Working with the Bid Manager and wider bid team to develop pricing strategies
- Pricing labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, temporary works and preliminaries
- Assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations and advising on best value options
- Contributing to risk and opportunity assessments
- Supporting tender submissions, settlements and project handovers.

- Sound knowledge of civil engineering and construction techniques
- Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation
- Commercial awareness of different forms of contract
