Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Planner in the past
- Worked on schemes up to £50m in value
- Experienced on Asta Powerproject
- Commit to two days on site in South Wales
- Experience working on Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres
- Able to build and manage construction programmes from first principles
- Engineering background preferred
Rate: £500 - £525 per day
Location: South Wales
Duration: 12 months
Status: Outside IR35
