What will you be doing?

  • Prepare, submit, and secure approval for monthly payment applications.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Develop and manage target cost contracts, including cost forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and control project costs against budgets and forecasts to maintain financial performance.
  • Compile and analyse cost reports and commercial performance reviews.
  • Prepare and review subcontractor packages, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Support change-management processes, including assessment, pricing, and negotiation of variations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost capture and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience (infrastructure/civil engineering preferred).
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Target Cost Contracts (NEC3/NEC4).
  • Experience preparing/managing payment applications and CVR/commercial administration.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with CEMAR/Causeway-CPA advantageous.
