Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of a major industrial build project
- Leading subcontract procurement, tendering and cost control
- Managing variations, CVRs, valuations and commercial reporting
- Ensuring contractual compliance (JCT ideally, NEC beneficial)
- Supporting and mentoring QS/AQS team members
- Working closely with operational leads to ensure successful project delivery
- Regular site travel, including Lincoln, as part of project responsibilities
Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong background as a Senior QS on build/industrial/warehouse projects
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (preferred)
- Confident managing full commercial responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to travel to site in Solihull and Lincoln
- Forward-thinking, commercially sharp and collaborative
