Working across a portfolio of housing projects, you'll play a key role in managing commercial performance from procurement through to final account.
Monitor project budgets, costs and financial forecasts.
Manage valuations, variations and final accounts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks.
Work closely with site and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
Previous experience within the housebuilding or residential sector.
Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Full UK driving licence.
