Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a site-based planning role or manage site-based planners.
  • Develop and manage detailed construction programmes in Asta and/or P6.
  • Produce client-facing programmes suitable for scrutiny, including earned value analysis where required.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Support commercial and operational teams with programme-related matters.
  • As workload increases, you will be involved in the recruitment and development of additional planning staff, helping to establish and grow the Data Centre planning capability within the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive Planning experience within Data Centre construction projects (essential).
  • Strong background across both pre-construction and live project delivery.
  • Proficient in Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
  • Experience producing detailed tender planning deliverables.
  • Ability to operate independently in a start-up sector environment.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel as the job requires.
