Responsibilities:
- Undertake a site-based planning role or manage site-based planners.
- Develop and manage detailed construction programmes in Asta and/or P6.
- Produce client-facing programmes suitable for scrutiny, including earned value analysis where required.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Support commercial and operational teams with programme-related matters.
- As workload increases, you will be involved in the recruitment and development of additional planning staff, helping to establish and grow the Data Centre planning capability within the business.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Planning experience within Data Centre construction projects (essential).
- Strong background across both pre-construction and live project delivery.
- Proficient in Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience producing detailed tender planning deliverables.
- Ability to operate independently in a start-up sector environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Flexible to travel as the job requires.
