- Responsibilities:
- Act as Company Health and Safety Representative, implementing Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, and policies across the business.
- Conduct accident and incident investigations, ensuring robust techniques are applied, and communicate lessons learned and corrective actions.
- Deliver in-house training sessions and toolbox talks to keep staff updated on policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support the Director of Safety & Assurance in monitoring and reviewing policies for proper implementation and compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Assist contract managers, supervisors, and site managers in managing staff concerning health, safety, and environmental matters.
