Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering input into land bids and appraisals, advising on risks and opportunities.

- Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and within budget.
- Liaise with local authorities, planning bodies and statutory providers to keep projects on track.
- Lead the adoption process for roads, sewers, and other infrastructure.
- Support and mentor members of the engineering and technical team.
Requirements:
- HNC / HND / BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in residential development or a related field.
