Responsibilities
:
Lead commercial parts of the projects including CVRs and Change management.
Oversee procurement processes and supplier engagement
Deliver accurate financial and performance reporting
Lead risk management and value engineering activities
Manage change, compensation events and early warnings
Drive dispute avoidance and maintain strong commercial governance
Administer target cost contracts effectively
Build strong working relationships with client and project teams
Requirements:
Experience working for a Civils contractor previously.
Ability to travel across multiple sites in the London area
Experience working for a Sub-Contractor previously
Proficient in financial reporting, risk, procurement, change control and CVRs
