Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a top main contractor! Navartis is working with a top main contractor who operates in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors and works on many prestigious major projects across the UK. You would join their team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and work out of one of their North London head offices. They have completed numerous major civils projects around the UK and have some prestigious projects that they are currently working on, so are looking to add to their commercial team. You will potentially work on projects in civil engineering, rail, water, and energy sectors.
Experience required:
- Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background
- 5 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
- NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience
- Strong time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree (Desirable)
Duties include:
- Reporting to and assisting the Commercial Manager and Senior Management team
- Managing all commercials of allocated project or packages
- Management of assistant / graduate quantity surveyors
- Pre-construction management of commercials
- Liaising with client
- Contract Management
- Month End reporting
- Applying NEC Contract Valuations
