Due to a significant period of growth, an established main contractor is looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to work in their preconstruction team. The position will be an 80/20 split in tender and live works planning, mainly office-based with site visits as required.

Key Requirements:
- Main contracting background within the building/construction sector
- A construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Asta PowerProject software
- Experience with various commercial construction projects (commercial, education, health, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team player, autonomous when needed
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
- Company bonus scheme (10%)
