A leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Design Manager following the award of multiple new projects and the strength of its forward pipeline across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering complex, high-value schemes with long-term security and progression.
The successful candidate will play a key part in managing and coordinating the design process across major projects, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure designs are fully coordinated, compliant, and commercially sound.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager (or Design Manager ready to step up) within a Tier 1 contracting environment
- Education sector experience is essential
- Experience in healthcare, accommodation, and/or defence projects is highly advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage the design process from preconstruction through delivery
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
