The Role
- Manage the commercial delivery of multiple rail projects/frameworks
- Oversee subcontractor management, variations, and final accounts
- Produce and manage CVRs, forecasts, and cost reporting
- Ensure effective contract administration (primarily NEC)
- Support commercial strategy and project profitability
- Work closely with operational teams to drive performance

- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the rail sector
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes
