Job Description

Scheme Project Manager – Rail Civils

Location: Sheffield

A Tier One Principal Contractor, operating throughout England and Wales, delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail and other infrastructure clients are looking for a Scheme Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of works on the Eastern Civils Asset Management Framework, taking charge of the coordination of multiple reactive projects typically circa Β£250k – Β£600k in value.
As Health & Safety is paramount to the work we do, you will lead and implement professional safety behaviour and culture throughout the business, promoting positive change in everyday activities in your area of influence.

Duties of the Scheme Project Manager include:

– Management of Network Rail (client) and rail related infrastructure to requisite performance criteria, ensuring stringent KPIs are met in line with client expectations (estimate submissions, delivery timescales, risk scores, handback files etc)
– Liaising with Client personnel and represent the business at Client deliverability meetings as appropriate.
– Liaise with commercial team to review estimate submissions and final
