Responsibilities
- Complete detailed take-offs and measurements for compensation events and change valuations.
- Maintain and update the Procurement Schedule, tracking lead times, risks, and commitments.
- Produce and distribute the monthly two-month lookahead forecast, including expected commitments and value trends.
- Support monthly payment applications, ensuring accurate Defined Cost substantiation.
- Liaise closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Site Management teams to capture cost impacts and track site progress.
- Provide accurate and timely inputs for CRFs and monthly commercial reporting.
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E projects with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
