Responsibilities
Oversee full Quantity Surveying duties across multiple residential sites
Tendering and procurement of subcontractor packages
Cost reporting, monthly valuations, and final account settlements
Support and manage the completion of design details (training provided)

Regular travel to project sites and coordination with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
