Quality Engineer – Major Infrastructure
Location: London (NW)
Salary / Package: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience plus package including;
- Hybrid working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with remote working
- 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays

Summary
One of the UK’s largest infrastructure contractors are looking for talented and enthusiastic Quality Engineers to work on a £1 billion Station delivery project in North West London, to support the project team, supply chain and others to manage quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality management is given the highest priority in the delivery of their works to achieve Right First Time.
- Act as main point of contact for all quality related topics within your Work Packages
- Support sub-contractor in the development of quality documentation and ensure the review of these documents.
- Check and inspect the works during progress and on completion to ensure that it has been constructed in line with the Requirements.
- Ensure Non-conformances are raised in a timely manner by the sub-contractors, and managed effectively to ensure their closure within the agreed timeframe.
- Support the Quality Manager in maintaining metrics and dashboards to measure performance of Quality.
- Support the Quality Team in the ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System and in promoting Quality on the project.
Seeking candidates with:
- Technical knowledge and experience relevant to Fibre -reinforced concrete (FRC) works, structural steel, fit-out, MEPH etc
- Practical experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably on a project-based organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the project team members, suppliers, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
