We’re hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy regional commercial team in Nottingham. You’ll manage build and infrastructure costs, cash flows, variations, and budgets, working closely with site teams, sub-contractors, and internal departments. You’ll also mentor junior QS staff, helping them develop while driving cost efficiency and delivering high-quality projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified or experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in COINS & MS Excel
- Strong commercial awareness & understanding of construction costs
- Knowledge of relevant codes/regulations (Building Regs, NHBC, HSE, CDM)
- Excellent teamwork, communication & stakeholder management
- Flexible to travel to sites
