We are currently working with a Contractor within the Water sector who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis to work on a large framework project in the Norfolk area.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously
- Able to use NEC form of contract and be experienced on Option A
- Experience working on schemes such as Water, Repair, Maintenance contracts would be advantageous
- Experience working on schemes within Frameworks
- IT literate and good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
Rate: £400 - £425 per day
Status: Inside IR35
Location: Norwich
Duration: 12 months
This position is urgent and has interview slots next week with the view to start on the 15th of December. This is a long term contract.
