This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDM / SHE Advisor to join a Tier 1 contractor in the water sector. Our client is looking for a CDM / SHE Advisor to join them on multiple projects in the Norwich region. Key responsibilities for this CDM / SHE Advisor role:

  • Supporting the SHE Manager in the development and maintenance of the safety management system in line with the needs of the business and the client.
  • Actively promoting and providing informed advice on relevant safety, health, wellbeing, and environmental topics.
  • Ensuring all accidents, incidents and near misses are effectively investigated, contributing to incident review boards as required.
  • Ensure CDM regulations are in place and followed across multiple projects.
  • Working closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their CDM / SHE responsibilities.

Experience required for this CDM / SHE Advisor role:

  • Hold NEBOSH/IOSH and SMSTS
  • Strong knowledge of CDM / SHE regulations
  • Knowledge of the design process
  • Experience in the water sector
