This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDM / SHE Advisor to join a Tier 1 contractor in the water sector. Our client is looking for a CDM / SHE Advisor to join them on multiple projects in the Norwich region. Key responsibilities for this CDM / SHE Advisor role:
- Supporting the SHE Manager in the development and maintenance of the safety management system in line with the needs of the business and the client.
- Actively promoting and providing informed advice on relevant safety, health, wellbeing, and environmental topics.
- Ensuring all accidents, incidents and near misses are effectively investigated, contributing to incident review boards as required.
- Ensure CDM regulations are in place and followed across multiple projects.
- Working closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their CDM / SHE responsibilities.

- Hold NEBOSH/IOSH and SMSTS
- Strong knowledge of CDM / SHE regulations
