About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial ownership of two major housing developments, supported by an Assistant QS and a Trainee QS. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key projects while developing and mentoring the next generation of talent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing all cost management aspects of large-scale housing developments
- Preparing valuations, variations, and detailed cost reports
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
- Working closely with site and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within housebuilding or residential construction
- Strong understanding of COINS or similar systems
- Excellent financial and contractual knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative, organised, and proactive approach
