About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial ownership of two major housing developments, supported by an Assistant QS and a Trainee QS. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key projects while developing and mentoring the next generation of talent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing all cost management aspects of large-scale housing developments
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and detailed cost reports
  • Overseeing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
  • Working closely with site and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience within housebuilding or residential construction
  • Strong understanding of COINS or similar systems
  • Excellent financial and contractual knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, organised, and proactive approach
