We are currently working with a main contractor who are looking for a Design Manager in the West Midlands to work on a large scheme for a 12 month contract basis.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Design Manager previously
- Worked on logistically complex projects
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience working on projects around £25m - £50m in value
- Experience working on Light Weight Facades and Apartment blocks
- Worked on large projects previously
- Experience working on Flats and Accommodation projects
- Practical experience
Rate: £400 - £450 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Duration: 12 month
