Design Manager: Lead Construction Projects (North East)

A well-established contractor in the North East is expanding their design team and seeking a Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in design management, the ability to support or lead projects from start to finish, and a solid background with a main contractor. A relevant degree or membership such as CIOB or RIBA, as well as knowledge of Viewpoint, is advantageous. The salary offered is between £45,000 and £75,000 plus a package dependent on experience.
