A well established and growing building services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Design Manager to lead mechanical design delivery across a range of high-profile projects. The role will suit a technically strong individual with a background in mechanical building services design, ideally gained within a contractor or design & build environment.
You will be responsible for mechanical design management on projects including:
- High-rise residential developments
- Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)
- Hotels and mixed-use schemes
Project values typically range from mid to large scale, with complex services and fast paced delivery programmes.
About you:
- Strong background in mechanical building services design
- Experience working for a building services contractor or within a D&B environment preferred
- Proven track record delivering residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
