Due to the award of a new water framework, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent on a permanent basis to support the delivery of key water and wastewater schemes across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a robust order book, long term framework work, and a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and self delivery.
The Role
- Day to day site management and supervision of works
- Setting out for complex civil engineering elements including tunnels, tanks, and associated structures
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Coordinating temporary works, permits, and RAMS
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting planning, progress reporting, and site documentation
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in water / wastewater projects
- Proven experience working on tunnelling works and complex civil engineering structures
- Strong setting out experience
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- CSCS and SMSTS certification
- Solid understanding of site operations within a framework environment
- A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong leadership skills
