Responsibilities
- Commercial management of civil engineering projects from tender through to final account
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment
- Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations
- Supporting contract administration, including change control and compensation events
- Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in civil engineering projects
- Earthworks experience desirable but not essential
