Freelance M&E Planner - Major Building project - Large MEP Package
Location: Glasgow
Duration: 4-6 months (possible extensions)
Rate: £500 - £540 per day
Status: Outside IR35
We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support the delivery of a major project in the Glasgow area
Working alongside the project and MEP teams, you will take responsibility for developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed programmes for the large MEP package.
SC or Basic Clearance would be needed
Requirements:
Strong previous experience as an MEP Planner / Building Services Planne
Proven experience working on large MEP packages
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical installation sequencin
Main contractor or major MEP subcontractor experience preferre
Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerprojec
Albe to develop and maintain detailed MEP construction programme
Liaise closely with Project Managers, MEP Managers, subcontractors and site teams
