The Opportunity:
A leading tier 1 contractor is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to work for their Scotland construction business. The position will involve a mixture of working from the regional office based in Glasgow and sites in the region with flexibility to work from home when needed.
About you:
- Key skills:
- Able to work autonomously with little direct supervision.
- Time management and organisation skills to a high level.
- Able to present to groups and deliver formal training courses.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a recognised building contractor.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum).
- Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards it.
- Degree educated in a relevant subject (preferred but not essential).
