Navartis is looking for ambitious people to join our Doncaster office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
Youll earn up to £26,000 basic salary, with a typical first-year bonus of £3,000£7,000.
Our commission is uncapped, so there is the opportunity to earn more as your performance develops.
You don't need previous recruitment experience.
We will teach you how to do the job through our structured Training Bay, ongoing classroom training, practical coaching and support from experienced recruiters and managers.

Recruitment is a fast-paced, target-driven sales career.
A large part of your day will be spent speaking to people on the phone.
You'll make outbound calls to candidates and clients, build relationships, develop business and work towards clear activity and performance targets.
