We are looking for an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to join a growing Tier 2 contractor delivering projects across the East Midlands.
Role Manage the design process from preconstruction through to delivery across multiple regional projects.
You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, working closely with commercial, preconstruction and site teams to ensure programme, buildability and compliance are achieved.
Requirements Proven experience working for a main contractor as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager Strong preconstruction and delivery experience Hands-on, proactive Tier 2 approach Ability to manage multiple projects independently Desirable Experience delivering projects for the Department for Education Experience using Viewpoint This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing business with a strong regional pipeline and real ownership of projects.
