Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
- Applications for payment
- Identify, notify and price change
- Managing cost control and financial aspects of key projects
- Providing expert advice on contractual claims and final accounts
- Conducting new award / contract reviews
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Skills and experience of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction, engineering or property discipline
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, minimum 3+ years post-degree experience
- Must have NEC3/4 contract experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
