Engineering Manager SummaryA leading civils infrastructure contractor are looking to expand their Technical Services team with a skilled and enthusiastic Engineering ManagerBased in, Head Office in Swindon, Wiltshire and working on a variety of complex infrastructure projects across Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.The Engineering Manager will be responsible for supporting project delivery teams, managing engineering functions, and ensuring deliverables meet the required standards.The role will require you to provide engineering support to the nominated Sectors / Projects, serving both the work winning and project delivery teams with the following key objectives.- Leading the engineering function across nominated projects and sectors, supporting both bid and delivery teams.- Providing technical assurance across design, construction, and handover while managing engineering risk.- Driving innovation and best-value engineering solutions through design, methods, and technology.- Developing engineering teams and promoting the companies standards, values, and culture.Engineering Manager Role Specification- Must be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Relevant professional body Ie.
