Salary: upto 55,000What you'll be doing: Managing and coordinating all project design activities, ensuring deliverables meet programme, quality, and client requirements.
Acting as technical lead for permanent works, managing external design consultants and design interfaces.
Reviewing and challenging design deliverables to ensure compliance with contract, client, and CDM requirements.
Supporting BIM and digital engineering processes across the project.
What you'll need: Strong experience in both design and construction on civil engineering projects.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate external design consultants.
Good understanding of design management processes and Principal Designer duties.
Experience with BIM and digital engineering practices.
Heavy civil engineering experience essential; tunnelling experience advantageous.
