An established and rapidly growing partnerships‑led developer is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to support a strong pipeline of Apartment and ExtraCare schemes across Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical and design information required to deliver projects from planning through to completion. This role involves taking ownership of the technical function across multiple live schemes, ensuring documentation is fully coordinated, compliant and buildable.
You will oversee several projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and site staff to support smooth delivery on developments typically involving complex technical design considerations. Experience working on Apartment or ExtraCare schemes is essential. Candidates from both house builders and main contractors will be considered, provided they have strong residential design coordination experience.
To Be Considered for the Senior Technical Coordinator Position:
- Experience working as a Technical Coordinator (or equivalent) on residential projects
- Essential experience delivering Apartment and / or ExtraCare schemes
- Strong understanding of design coordination and construction processes
- Good knowledge of CDM regulations and current building standards
- Educated to a high standard in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects from pre‑construction through to completion
