Business Quality Manager Summary
A leading tier 1 contractor in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors is looking to recruit a Business Quality Manager to join them to set up and lead quality strategy and culture across our business.
Based out offices in Watford, the Business Quality Manager will be responsible for providing support to our projects and monitoring quality performance across our business.
Duties for the Business Quality Manager
β Set up and lead the Business Quality Strategy and Culture
β Manage divisional Quality procedures, ensuring these are adhered to across our projects
β Provide advice and and support for Quality Managers
β Develop our quality team, working with our Project Leads to identify individuals and provide a learning pathway for Quality
β Developing the Quality Community across the company
β Continue developing and delivering Quality Training for operational teams across the business
β Digital delivery standards and expectations
β Manage the Quality Audit Programme
β Act as interim Quality Manager on the mobilisation of projects as and when required
β Help with investigations for larger quality issues
β Build long lasting relationships with our suppliers and clients
β Act as the representative for Taylor Woodrow\βs best practice database
β Provide bid support to the pre-construction team when required
Business Quality Manager Specification
β Formal qualification in a construction or Quality related subject
β Extensive experience leading Quality strategy within a construction environment
β Working towards Chartered status with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is advantageous
Salary: Circa Β£62,000 β Β£65,000 negotiable dependant on experience plus package including car/ allowance
