This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a housebuilder who specialises in taking projects through the whole lifecycle from the groundworks, sewage and civils work through to building and finishing the house. Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a 700-unit housing project in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a long-term opportunity that’s open to freelance Outside IR35, Temp to Perm or Permanent.
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £300 - £380 per day based on experience.
- Outside IR35.
- Opportunity to go temp to perm.
- 50k – 60k if permanent.
- Flexibility which can be up to 3 days from home.
