An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen to join a multi-award-winning leading specialist in civil engineering and construction services, delivering complex infrastructure and utility projects across the energy sector. Based out of our client's office in Barnsley with site travel as required.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Cost forecasting, margin improvement, and risk/opportunity registers
- Commercial management – Preparing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and contract administration
- Handling valuations, payment applications, and final accounts
Quantity Surveyor specification:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working in a construction or civil engineering setting on utility, civil infrastructure or energy projects
- Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar or a minimum HNC in Commercial / Quantity Surveying
A competitive salary of around £40,000 - £54,000 dependent on experience is on offer plus package including:
- Car allowance with business mileage scheme

- 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays per year
