Senior Planner

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering a major highways and infrastructure scheme in the Wokingham area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6
- Monitor site progress and update programmes to reflect current project performance
- Identify critical activities, risks, opportunities and programme constraints
- Support programme reviews, reporting and progress updates
- Collaborate with construction, commercial and engineering teams to ensure programmes remain aligned with project delivery requirements
- Assist in analysing programme performance and recommend corrective actions where required
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- Experience in a Planner or Senior Planner position within civil engineering, infrastructure or major construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and site operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach to project planning
- Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance
Desirable
- Highways project experience
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects
