In return for all your hard work, we offer a Senior Recruitment Consultant the following:
- A starting base salary aligned to your experience of up to £35,000
- Bonuses in excess of £2,000 per month (our record to date is in excess of £7,500)

We have prioritised and invested in developing a world-class Learning and Development department, which is engrained as part of our business. Our training is not just aimed at those new into the business but continues throughout all stages of your career, including structured management training for those who aspire to be future leaders in the business. Our training is delivered by experienced trainers who have worked in our business as Recruiters and Managers and are fully qualified trainers to a CIPD standard.
Key responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business to build better, stronger relationships
- Attracting candidates using a wide range of means including social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards
- Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role
- Taking a consultative approach to both clients and candidates, giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities
