Freelance M&E Planner - Major Building project - Large MEP Package
Location: Berkshire
Duration:12 months (possible extensions)
Rate: £500 - £540 per day
Status: Outside IR35
We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance MEP Planner to support the delivery of a major project in the Berkshire area
Working alongside the project and MEP teams, you will take responsibility for developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed programmes for the large MEP package.
SC Clearance would be needed
Requirements:
- Strong previous experience as an MEP Planner / Building Services Planner
- Proven experience working on large MEP packages
- NEC form of contract knowledge
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical installation sequencing
- Main contractor or major MEP subcontractor experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject
- Albe to develop and maintain detailed MEP construction programmes
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, MEP Managers, subcontractors and site teams
